Wilshire Plaza Hotel Los Angeles

After I checked in, I went to the 7th floor where my room & after 4 or 5 trials to open the door I found the door opened & a lady from inside asking me ( Did they give you the keys for this room). The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, but this place is a joke. Twenty a night for parking, a fee for the business center, and keys that don't want to work.

I would not recommend this hotel if you are driving a private or rental car. Valet parking is required and costs $20 a night, even more expensive than parking near the airport!

It was fine for one night. Front desk staff was very accommodating. Restaurant staff absent, had to wait on ourselves! Room was clean. Parking for $20 seemed high. Lovely lobby.

The hotel was nice overall. The whole floor smelled like smoking. It smelled awefu. We had the
AC on, just to clear out the smell.
